Private Vehicle Itinerary 10-Hour

The following itinerary is for reference only. Actual sightseeing spots, visiting order, and timing may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather, or on-the-day conditions.

09:00｜Hotel Pick-up

Meet your professional local guide and depart by premium vehicle for a full day of cultural discovery in Tokyo.

09:30–10:15｜Imperial Palace & Nijubashi Bridge

Begin the day at the Imperial Palace, the residence of the Emperor of Japan.
Stop at Nijubashi Bridge, the closest photo point to the inner palace, famous for its elegant stone arches and tranquil scenery.

Visit the Statue of Kusunoki Masashige, one of Tokyo’s most iconic historical statues, honoring a legendary samurai known for loyalty and courage.

🚗 Enjoy a drive-through tour of the Marunouchi district, Tokyo’s political, economic, and cultural center, home to government offices, financial institutions, and historic architecture.

10:45–11:15｜Koami Shrine (Kozan-ji)

Visit Koami Shrine, one of Tokyo’s most beloved Seven Lucky Gods shrines, located in a vibrant central district.
The shrine is well known for blessings related to good fortune, prosperity, and protection, and is a popular spiritual stop for locals and visitors alike.

11:45–13:00｜Ueno Park & Lunch

Arrive at Ueno Park, one of Tokyo’s most famous cultural areas.
Enjoy free time for lunch, with the option to try local Japanese street food or casual eateries nearby.

13:00–15:00｜Tokyo National Museum (Ueno)

After lunch, visit the Tokyo National Museum, Japan’s oldest and most important museum, showcasing traditional art, samurai armor, ceramics, and national treasures.

16:00–17:00｜Shiba Park & Tokyo Tower

Then ascend Tokyo Tower’s 150m Main Observation Deck for panoramic views of the city skyline.

17:00–19:00｜Return to Hotel

Relax during the return drive.
Arrive back at your hotel before 19:00, concluding a memorable day exploring Tokyo’s iconic landmarks.

Travel Information

Once the order is confirmed, the travel date cannot be changed. Any losses incurred as a result must be borne by the participant.

Please provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking (full name, number of participants, contact phone number, WeChat ID, and pickup location) to avoid errors that may affect the itinerary.

During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times. Any loss, theft, or damage shall be borne by the participant.

Elderly participants, guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions, as well as pregnant women, are advised to participate with a family member.

This tour does not accept unaccompanied participants under the age of 18. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian when booking and throughout the tour.

This is a private charter tour. The itinerary is planned in advance, and on-the-day flexibility may be adjusted within the service duration based on actual conditions. Participants are requested to follow the guide/driver’s arrangements to ensure smooth operation and safety.

No refunds will be provided for non-participation, early departure, or interruption of the tour due to personal reasons, including lateness.

Participants who leave the group midway without authorization will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the service. No refunds will be issued, and any resulting personal injury or property loss shall be the participant’s own responsibility.

Arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels. Delays or cancellations caused by the above or other force majeure factors are non-refundable.

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for travel.

Please comply with all local laws and regulations in Japan. Do not carry items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid legal issues.

During free time, please pay close attention to personal safety and belongings. Any accidents or losses resulting from failure to follow safety advice shall be borne by the participant.

Itinerary Important Notes

Due to the unpredictability of traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd levels on the day of travel, arrival times at each destination may vary.

According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours per day. To ensure driver safety and stable vehicle operation, the itinerary may be reasonably adjusted based on actual circumstances. This may include shortening the stay at certain attractions or canceling specific stops if necessary.

Such adjustments are made solely in the interest of safety and service quality. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

In the event of force majeure or other uncontrollable circumstances, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that refunds cannot be provided under these circumstances.

We are always committed to delivering the best possible travel experience. However, flexible adjustments may be required based on real-time conditions. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Force Majeure Includes but Is Not Limited To

• Natural disasters: earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, typhoons, etc.

• Traffic incidents: road accidents, severe congestion, etc.

• Weather conditions: heavy snow, rainstorms, dense fog, etc.

• Government regulations: emergency orders, traffic controls, etc.

• Medical emergencies: sudden illness or injury of a guest or group member

• Social events: strikes, protests, social unrest

• Mechanical failures: vehicle breakdowns or malfunctions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 3 days before departure (excluding the departure date): 100% refund

• Cancellations made 2–3 days before departure (inclusive): 50% refund

• Cancellations made 1 day before departure or on the day of departure: No refund
