The following itinerary is for reference only. Actual arrangements may vary depending on the conditions of the day, including changes to attractions, visiting order, and timing.

DAY 1

08:30 Osaka – Start of a Beautiful Journey

Meeting Point Pick-up Plan:
08:30 Nihonbashi Exit 2 (Namba–Shinsaibashi area)

Hotel / Airbnb Pick-up & Drop-off Plan:
07:30–08:00 Hotels or accommodations within the Osaka Loop Line area

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be waited for.
Pick-up order and timing will be arranged by the driver-guide based on distance and traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, and please follow the guide’s instructions.


11:00 Hakodateyama

Hakodateyama Ski Resort – A ski paradise with stunning views of Lake Biwa
(Approx. 6.5 hours including free lunch time; lunch at own expense)

Hakodateyama Ski Resort combines both artificial and natural snow and is one of the closest family-friendly ski resorts to Osaka in the Kansai region. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking winter views of Lake Biwa while riding the cable car.
The resort features separate areas for snow play and skiing, with well-equipped facilities and slopes suitable for all levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced. There is also a dedicated children’s area called PLAY ZONE, ensuring that visitors of all ages can enjoy the fun of snow.

Included Ski Package:
Admission ticket + ski lift pass + ski equipment (skis/snowboard + ski jacket and pants)
Goggles and gloves are not included.

Goggles and gloves cannot be rented for hygiene reasons. Please bring your own or purchase them at the ski resort shops.

Lunch Recommendation (at own expense):

  • 2nd Hütte (udon, rice bowls, and more)

  • Karamatsu Lodge (recommended: curry rice / ramen)


17:00 Return
After returning ski equipment at 17:00, the return journey begins at approximately 17:30.

18:00 Takashima
▼ End of Day 1 – Arrive at a private detached villa in Shin-Asahi, Takashima City by Lake Biwa
(One of 10 villas will be assigned randomly)

Each villa includes a kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, with basic kitchenware provided—guests may cook on their own if desired.

DAY 2

08:00 Takashima – Departure for Okuibuki Ski Resort

10:30 Maibara

GRANSNOW Okuibuki Ski Resort – The largest ski resort in Kansai
(Approx. 5.5 hours including free lunch time; lunch at own expense. Ski pass and equipment rental not included.)

Located in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture, GRANSNOW Okuibuki is the largest ski resort in the Kansai region. Situated in the Ibuki area, known for having the world’s heaviest snowfall, the resort reaches an elevation of up to 1,250 meters, offering excellent powder snow conditions after fresh snowfall.

One of the resort’s highlights is its diverse range of slopes designed using the natural terrain.
The resort features 12 ski courses in total:

  • 4 beginner slopes

  • 5 intermediate slopes

  • 3 advanced slopes

For example, the gentle Family Course has a maximum gradient of just 13°, making it ideal for beginners. The Dynamic Glide Course is also used as a competition slope, featuring varied terrain. The Tengu Rock Course offers panoramic views of Lake Biwa and the Northern Alps.

The advanced area includes unique features such as the Champion Course, home to Kansai’s top mogul facilities and a training ground for Japanese Olympic skier Miki Ito. Another highlight is Heavenly 46°, said to have one of the steepest slopes in Japan, with a maximum gradient of 46°. This course is designed for experienced skiers seeking an exhilarating challenge.

Lift Pass (1 Day):

  • Adults: ¥4,700 (Weekdays) / ¥5,900 (Weekends & Holidays)

  • Junior & Senior High Students: ¥3,500 (Weekdays) / ¥2,500 (Weekends & Holidays)

  • Elementary Students: ¥3,000 (Weekdays) / ¥2,000 (Weekends & Holidays)

Ski Equipment Rental:
(Skis/Snowboard set + ski wear)

  • Adults: ¥7,000

  • Children (11 years old and under): ¥4,500


16:00 Maibara
Return ski equipment at 15:30. Departure begins at 16:00.

19:00 Osaka – Tour Ends

Disband at Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori area.

  • Guests who selected the hotel pick-up plan will end the tour directly (hotel drop-off service will be considered waived and is non-refundable).

  • Guests on the meeting point plan will disband in the Shinsaibashi area.

  • Guests requiring hotel drop-off should wait for the shuttle bus, which will arrange returns to hotels/accommodations.


About Shinsaibashi

Shinsaibashi is Osaka’s most famous shopping street, lined with department stores, drugstores, long-established brands, and boutique shops. Products of all styles and price ranges are available, including Hello Kitty and Disney specialty stores. Many shops offer Chinese-speaking staff and accept UnionPay cards, making shopping easy and enjoyable.

About Dotonbori

Dotonbori is synonymous with Osaka cuisine and is lively both day and night. Known as the birthplace of Osaka’s “eat-until-you-drop” food culture, it offers countless local specialties such as takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and Kinryu Ramen, as well as traditional izakayas and popular restaurants like the famous Kani Doraku.

  4. Driver-guide service fee

    • 1–13 guests: premium small-group tour

    • 14–45 guests: coach tour
      (Final arrangement will be adjusted based on the actual number of participants on the day)

  5. Reference vehicle types (for reference only; actual vehicle will be arranged according to group size):

    • 5–8 seats: Toyota Alphard or equivalent

    • 9–14 seats: Toyota Hiace or equivalent

    • 18–22 seats: Mini bus

    • 22 seats and above: Large coach

  6. Children are charged at the same price as adults


What’s Not Included

  1. Meals, attraction admission tickets, optional activities at destinations, and any other personal expenses

  2. Luggage policy:

    • Each guest may bring one piece of luggage free of charge (no size limit).

    • Luggage details must be noted at the time of booking.

    • If not declared in advance or if exceeding one piece per person, an additional charge of RMB 100 per extra item will apply.

    • If luggage count or the presence of children under 3 years old (not occupying a seat) is not declared in advance, resulting in insufficient vehicle space or overcapacity, the driver-guide has the right to refuse boarding without refund.
