  1. Once the order is confirmed, the travel date cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any losses incurred as a result must be borne by the customer.

  2. When making a reservation, please be sure to provide complete information (name + number of participants + phone number + WeChat ID + pick-up location) to avoid errors that may affect the itinerary.

  3. Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the trip. Any loss, theft, or damage shall be your own responsibility.

  4. Elderly participants, guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions, and pregnant women are advised to travel with accompanying family members.

  5. This tour does not accept bookings from guests under 18 years old traveling alone. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

  6. This is a fixed shared-group tour. Participants are required to strictly follow the scheduled stay times at each attraction and comply with the guide/driver’s arrangements.

  7. No refunds will be issued for non-participation or early termination of the tour due to personal reasons or lateness.

  8. If a participant leaves the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary termination of the contract. No refunds will be given, and any personal or property risks incurred shall be borne by the participant.

  9. Arrival times may change due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels on the day. In case of delays or cancellations caused by the above or other force majeure factors, we kindly ask for your understanding. Refund requests will not be accepted on these grounds.

  10. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for travel.

  11. Please strictly comply with Japanese laws and regulations. Do not carry items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid legal issues that may affect your rights.

  12. During free time, please pay attention to your personal safety and belongings. Any accidents or losses resulting from failure to follow advice shall be your own responsibility.

What’s Included

  1. Vehicle service fees as specified in the itinerary

  2. Asahiyama Zoo admission ticket (non-refundable and non-changeable if voluntarily waived)

  3. Fuel costs, tolls, and highway fees

  4. Vehicle service duration: up to 10 hours (in accordance with Japanese law)

  5. Driver-guide service fee

    • Small-group tour for 1–13 guests

    • Bus tour for 14–45 guests
      (Actual vehicle and staffing will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day)

  6. Reference vehicle types (for reference only; subject to change based on group size):

    • 5–8 seats: Toyota Alphard or equivalent

    • 9–14 seats: Toyota Hiace or equivalent

    • 18–22 seats: Mini bus

    • 22+ seats: Large coach

  7. Guests aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member;
    infants aged 0–2 years who do not occupy a seat: JPY 2,000 (must be declared at booking);
    children aged 2 and above are charged the adult rate

  8. One piece of luggage per person is allowed free of charge (no size limit; please note at booking)

  2. Accommodation, attraction admission fees (unless otherwise stated), optional activities joined locally, and all personal expenses

  3. If the number of infants aged 0–2 who do not require a seat is not declared in advance, resulting in insufficient vehicle seating, boarding will be denied and no refund will be provided
