Japan’s largest herb garden featuring around 200 species and 75,000 plants of flowers and herbs. The garden is divided into 12 themed sections along the mountainside, offering seasonal floral landscapes throughout the year.

- Please carry your passport and valuables with you at all times and keep them properly. Any loss, theft, or damage will be at your own responsibility.
- Elderly guests, individuals with cardiovascular conditions (such as high blood pressure or heart disease), and pregnant women are advised to be accompanied by a family member or companion.
- This tour does not accept unaccompanied travelers under 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult participant.
- This is a shared group tour with fixed itinerary. Guests must strictly follow the scheduled stop times and guide/driver instructions.

If a guest voluntarily leaves the group during the tour,
it will be treated as a breach of contract and no refund will be given. Any personal safety or property issues arising thereafter will be the guest’s responsibility. - The itinerary schedule may change due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowd conditions. In case of delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, refunds will not be issued.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes for the tour.
- Guests must comply with Japanese laws and regulations. Do not carry any prohibited items under Japanese law.
- During free time, guests must take care of their own personal safety and belongings. Any accidents or losses due to failure to follow instructions will be the guest’s responsibility.

- Guests aged 70 and above must be in good health for travel and accompanied by a companion aged 22 or above throughout the trip.
- Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult participant.
- Elderly guests are required to provide a health declaration certificate before departure (electronic version accepted).
- Pregnant women, and guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, or acrophobia are not recommended to join this tour and may be refused participation.
- This tour accepts non-mainland Chinese guests; however, only Chinese and Japanese language services are provided.

🚌 Travel Guidelines
1. Meeting / Pickup
Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals are not accepted. This product cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or joined mid-way. Guests who miss the departure will bear full responsibility for losses.
2. During the Tour
- No early departure or leaving the group midway is allowed. Any unused portion will be considered voluntarily waived with no refund. Guests are responsible for any risks after leaving the group.
- During peak seasons or special circumstances, departure time may be slightly earlier or later (final time will be confirmed by the guide). Please prepare accordingly.
- The itinerary sequence and timing may be adjusted based on actual traffic or weather conditions, but attractions will remain unchanged where possible.
- Meals are not included. Guests must arrange their own meals. Some restaurants may not allow outside food or may require ordering.
3. Local Customs & Regulations
Please respect local Japanese customs and laws during travel.
4. Weather Conditions
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or safety reasons. Staff may suspend outdoor activities if necessary and arrange alternatives based on actual conditions.
- In case of extreme weather or force majeure, attractions may change operating hours, performances, or cancel certain activities without prior notice.
- Seasonal scenery (e.g., flowers) depends on weather conditions. If peak viewing is not achieved, tours will still operate as scheduled. Guests sensitive to this should book with caution.
5. Meals
Meals are not included in this tour.
6. Shopping Notice
